Our house is called the House of Tantanakuy and it is a seven blocks from the main square.
We have four rooms, which let us dedicate very carefully to our guests. All the rooms have private bathrooms. We have also a beautiful backyard and a terrace with a unique view of the Quebrada and the Monument to the Independence Heroes. We also have a pub and a restaurant of regional food. In this place we offer live music everynight.
The Tantanakuy Association, a quechua word that means meeting, is directed by Master Jaime Torres(www.jaimetorres.com.ar) it is an organization with no commercial purposes that promotes cultural activities.
The Tantanakuy House carries out an education and cultural proyect that offers to the Humahuaca community music workshops, quechua culture, cinema, theatre, local dances, among many others.
For that reason we also offer outr guests the unique possibility of visiting the different activities and workshops that happen in our House and to share moments of interchange together with the people of Humahuaca.
