Casa Margot – Hotel Champagnerie, emerged in 2008, aiming to spread the culture of Champagne, the Argentine sparkling wine produced with the antique French technique for wine-making. It is Margot Winery’s Guest House, specialized in the production of high-quality sparkling wines since 2003, and also producer of 24 hectares of varietal vineyards in Tupungato, a cluster that concentrates the highest viticulture investment into high-standards vineyards (“Zona Vitivinícola del año 2008”, by Wine Enthusiast). This Hotel project was born when the founders of Casa Margot understood it wasn’t enough to show the process of the production of sparkling wines, since it was necessary to show those interested how to “feel” the process, with the intangible values of this beverage: glamour, luxury, patience, history, art… The concept “champagnerie” emerged as the appropriate one for such aim: a placid place, secluded, with wide gardens, old groves and artistic influence, that will accompany you while you taste the exquisite beverage of kings, and therefore be able to understand and appreciate every one of its intrinsic values. Casa Margot offers five-stars accommodation, with personalized attention, professional and bilingual, offered by the family that owns the Hotel.
